Qoole CDROM is the disc-based release of Qoole (Quake Object-Oriented Level Editor), a classic Windows tool for creating custom levels for Quake and other Quake-engine games. The CD packages the editor alongside documentation, example content, and texture resources, providing an offline, ready-to-install setup for late-1990s PCs. Qoole supports brush-based 3D/2D editing, texture alignment, entity placement, and integration with external compile tools to produce playable BSP maps. Originally intended for Windows 95/98/NT, it can also be run today via compatibility layers or virtual machines. This CD makes it easy to preserve and revisit the era’s mapping workflow—ideal for retro modding, education, or archival use.
